Great breakfast variety, reliable Wi-fi, convenient location, small but well-equipped room, helpful staff, ample parking space. Fuji, relaxing bath house.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the train station, just a short walk away, making transportation very convenient. the hotel provided a satisfying breakfast each morning. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. Despite the small room size, the cleanliness was excellent.

This hotel is in an ideal location for those arriving by train, with the station just a short walk away. it's situated in a prime tourist area, making sightseeing a breeze. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided for a hassle-free stay. the breakfast is a standout feature, with a wide variety of Japanese options to choose from. Guests can also take advantage of the bathhouse, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
There are no nearby dining options available, so guests may need to plan ahead for lunch and dinner.

Had a great Xmas stay! Conveniently located just a short walk away from the train station and close to restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable with cozy bedding. Really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which offered a range of tasty options to start the day. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. Best of all, the hotel provided a shuttle service to the nearby outlet mall where we did some Xmas shopping.
The lack of nearby eating places, especially since we stayed here during Xmas and wanted more dining options. while the room was clean, the carpets seemed a bit stained and worn.

The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering both Japanese and Western options that were delicious. the location was great, within walking distance to the train station and plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing useful information about the local area. the hot springs/bath house was a relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring.
The room was quite small, with a tiny double bed and a cramped bathroom. the carpet and chair upholstery had noticeable stains, which detracted from the overall cleanliness of the room.
